Blue is a brave and beautiful girl with a heartbreaking past. Abused as a puppy, she’s still learning to trust and currently cannot be touched. Despite her fears, Blue shows incredible resilience and deserves a chance to heal in a safe, patient, and understanding home. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and longing—quietly—for a life where she can finally feel secure.
