Charlie is a courageous, sweet boy with a heart full of love. Despite his tough past, he’s playful, affectionate, and ready to show his new family just how loyal he can be. He’s got a sky-high energy level and loves both humans and other dogs. Charlie was shot in the eye before being rescued, but that hasn't dimmed his spirit. Neutered and fully vaccinated, he’s now waiting for a travel companion to bring him to his forever home in the U.S., where an adopter is eagerly waiting for him.
